This Pinot Noir hails from the Reservoir, Vista, MacWood, Upper and Lowest blocks of our estate vineyards. The name of the Chalone American Viticultural Area (AVA), like that of the winery, comes from the name of a tribe of Native Americans who once inhabited this isolated area. Our 2019 Estate Pinot Noir offers a dynamic, yet complementary array of aromas and flavors. Boysenberry, raspberry jam, graphite, chalk and sweet spice marry together creating a wine that is a tribute to our terroir and a true delight for the senses.
